I believe he was referring to conflicts in broadcasting games, i.e. the Big Ten Network didn't have other football games tomorrow....

yes of course it would compete with the NFL games, so it would be a non-starter. Also, think of the plans people have made, hotels, flights, etc. that would have to be modified. Not really possible to move the game.

I am a proponent of CFB only being on Saturdays, but today would be an exception. If they moved the game to noon tomorrow, it will be dry and sun increasing. And the game is on BTN so no issue with NFL conflicts....
