Finished the USAF Half marathon

Everything hurts. My foot. My knee. My calves. My groin. My back. Why do I do this?

I did get a free beer so there's that.

I wasn't sure I could run it at all since I hurt my knee. Time to ice, rest, drink beer, and watch football

Which i could've done without running 13 miles, I realize.
