My team won the Bowlerama middle school championship...

Mom & Dad signed me up for the Friday afternoon league at Bowl-a-Rama in 8th grade. A couple of games, a hot dog, chips and pop right after school for one low price. Roma Hall banquet in the spring. Make it to the end w/ few absences and you got a new ball, drilled for you. Random three-person team assignments. I got Albanian brothers, one 8th, one 6th grade. Mom and their mom hit it off. The three of us were all left-handed, using right-handed house balls. We really sucked, which gave us the highest handicap. And we all had perfect attendance. Got two trophies and a ball out of the deal. It was great!
