Maybe Cleveland or Orlando figures their shit out and plays to their talent level. Maybe Washington gets good injury luck with AD and sneaks into the top 8.
That could mean 3 tough ass playoff series before even meeting whichever SA/OKC death star makes it through the west.
I wouldn't give any eastern team particularly good odds of winning the conference right now. So many teams with high ceilings, so many injury questions (NYK had very good injury luck last year), teams could make moves - Miami somehow?
It'll be fun though.
