Lynn was 9-7 in Year 1 but no playoffs. 12-4 in Year 2. Then 2 losing years. Harbaugh was in playoffs in both years. Last guy to do that with Chargers

was Norv. He got them to the playoffs in the first 3 years and then got 3 more. Harbaugh will get one more. Two more will depend.
