When I worked at Little Caesar's full menu (w/beer & wine) sit down Italian restaurant w/ a hostess and waitresses in HS, the assistant manager was Sameer, a Lebanese Army veteran who was here studying engineering at Schoolcraft College. On the manager's nights off, he would bring a baggie of spices to make Lamajan for all the workers. It was the first middle eastern food I ever ate.
