You CAN find workers, my man. You just don’t want to PAY what it takes to get them. The shit consequences of MAGA nukes housing affordability one way or another: it either skyrockets due to lack of inventory from a labor shortage, or skyrockets due to higher overhead labor costs then passed down to the consumer.
