Perhaps you recall that controversy in 2013 where it was revealed that rich folks were hiring disabled tour guides to pose as family members and ride disability scooters so they all could go to the head off the lines at Walt Disney World. As a result, Disney changed their policies to limit who gets to ride with the disabled person.
The disabled were employees of a company that fostered the scam practice. The disabled "family member" was getting $130 an hour to perpetrate the fraud.
