That said, I am not a copyright expert so take this advice with a grain of salt. It could be that the board itself would be seen as a commercial operation and therefore subject to copyright laws. I am not sure what would happen if you posted a paywalled article on Facebook because they have legal protections against being responsible for the content posted there. That gets into the whole Section 230 debate.
