I used to know a guy in the early 2000's (during the Iraq war) who thought it smart to notify everyone in Baghdad that the intent was to nuke the city, and give everyone a 1 week warning and then just do it. Um, ok. But that's just some idiot talking out of his ass who also liked to talk as if he were an expert on the matter.

This is Condoleeza Rice, who you would *think* has a grasp on reality, but she's basically throwing out the same kind of suggestion.
