Destroy existing institutions, quickly. Implement some kind of mercantilist Christian ethno-nationalism with a hodgepodge grab bag of policies that are equal parts socialist, rapacious capitalist, imperialist, and unilaterlist.

There is no cohesion, no overarching principles or ideology , no consistency whatsoever. It is absurdly hypocritical, partisan, and revolves around one man and fealty to him. Thats not "conservative" no matter how badly people want to indict "conservatism." Abdul Sayed probably has more in common with Ronald Reagan than Trump does.
