It is a gamified online recognition site that allows people to reward "spotlight points" As a people leader I get 7500 points/qtr. I have ignored this site because it is offensive. (I may have posted earlier this year about the dog toy as a reward) Anyway since it is use it or lose it. I went in and sent my 7500 points to a rep that has gone above and beyond with some large clients while mentoring and covering some open accounts. So then I spoke to rep and she bought a $75/gas card. I guess it is better than nothing.
