In my last job, I had to spend far too much time in Iowa. The automatic upgrade to first class on the flights to Des Moines was
cool, though. I bought a shirt in the Des Moines airport that says, "Des Moines is French for the Moines."

One of my former employees texted me today to ask what I expected on Saturday. I said, "punts." The guy has an Iowa themed shirt that says, "punting is winning." I respect it.

They're generally cool folks who don't take themselves too seriously.

I really hope we take care of business, as my wife and I are taking our nephew and his newlywed wife to their first UM game. The weather is going to be ideal.
