In the first meeting, in 2021, they were annoyingly confident pre-game. Kept telling me I was about to find out about the Kirk Ferentz magic, JJ couldnāt pass, blah blah blah. In 2023 they knew what was coming yet were somehow still even more annoying. They arenāt the worst fans in the league, by far, but they arenāt the best.
Both the team and fan base are the dictionary definition of āfine.ā This team appears to be fine minus. We are going to beat their ass tomorrow.
