I swore like a mutha as a fan at games, and I'm sure I still hold the all time record for technical fouls in my YMCA hoops league.
As life went on, I coached various youth league sports teams in basketball, softball/baseball, and football-- probably 20 seasons altogether. Probably half of those teams were Catholic school affiliated.
In all that time, I never -- ever -- used a swear word worse than "Hell" or "damn" (and even those very rarely).
Not one F-word. Ever. I can barely fuckin' believe it.

i am a proficient user. my 9.5 year old daughter gets a kick out of it but still has not started using it. I bet she does or will a lot with her friends. but i dont care too much tbh. she knows when she shouldn’t.*
