Koln want a 50 mill. package for their 19 year old who had 13 goals and 5 assists (El Mala). He has been labeled a future superstar and most of his value is based upon a Bayern game where he blew Upamecano's doors off in running onto a loose ball and running 60 yards for an easy score. Koln turned down a 45million euro offer and are holding firm on 50 million, since that is what Brighton and other EPL teams were prepared to play (mom wants both sons to play for Dortmund next season and Klopp is purportedly pushing behind the scenes for a move so he gets Champion's League and other top level competition and development rather than wasted on a likely relegation battle type team).
