This has been explained roundly 8.925 billion times on broadcasts. Where people get confused is when your hands are inside the window but you’re holding someone outside their window. That is holding. If both your hands are inside your shoulders and you’re grabbing someone inside their shoulders, that is called blocking. Even that fucking asswipe Periera who I hope is fucking miserable every single day of his life would agree.
