Agree. They are a good defense, but not championship worthy. They received an incredible amount of help from the officials, and to be fair, some boneheaded penalties we actually committed, and of course a cowardly OC when it mattered…

        Depends on the improvement. Certainly part of it is Sherrone providing Underwood, Marshall, Marsh, Hiter, Hansen and some good OLs. Whit deserves credit for adding Buchanan.         You have a point with 3 4 team playoffs in our recent past. However early Harbaugh would still have made 2 12-team playoffs in 5 years. - I think both can be true. This team can obviously do some really nice things on both sides of the ball and still lose games.
