• Rule question on the wacky Iowa tip play. How far is the pushed OOB receiver allowed to run upfield while OOB? An indefinite amount? The Iowa receiver went out at about the 22-23 yard line and came back in at the 17 (about 5 yards upfield). - By bluejohn September 27, 2026 at 08:33:25 PM
