Honestly I think you identified why my ability to drive the ball has gone to shit. At least one of the reasons.

It makes some sense intuitively that my hands are too far forward and the club face is wide open. Like a forward press on the club, basically. Either burn it straight into the ground, if the club face happens to be square, or shoot it right if it isn't square.

    - It’s called cracking the whip. Hands have to slow down relative to clubhead. Bryson calls it tugging the handle.
