I have studied heart health enough to know an incredible amount. AI accurately led me down this trail in a 30 minute conversation. I supplied my test results throughout my life, medications I took, the resulting numbers, where I am now, what I plan to do. Back and forth fine tuning my replies. I honestly could have skipped all those podcasts and case studies has this been around. 30 minutes. Explained things better than my cardiologist by a fuckton and I know enough to feel AI was right. Not that it contradicted my cardiologist, more explained the steps he’s taking. Gave me far more insights on how well they’re working and how it impacts my risk. In simple terms.

I’m getting a CT angiogram in September and will paste the results. AI will no doubt blow me away with the analysis. I’m as skeptical as the next guy but this level of concise analysis is going to change health outcomes. If this were around when I was 35 I’d be so far ahead.
