Chicago should try to block them from using the city's name if they move to Indiana

Why would you allow someone to use your branding when they've decamped to Indiana and aren't paying local / state taxes or contributing anything to the economy.

Chicagoans are famously cheap dates so can't expect any fan push back for leaving the city, but you'd hope the city government could at least look after their own name and brand
