cheap and fast

what they have is more of a "start a fresh WordPress on Render" template than an import tool. you would stand up the new site there first then move your content over with a migration plugin. it is doable but just a heads up if you just want a plain WordPress blog with zero hassle. if your site is custom or you want it to be then I do endorse Render.
