I’m 100% Northerner, but one thing I deeply appreciate from the South is biscuits

A good buttermilk (or sour milk) biscuit is fantastic. Warm with a little butter and honey? Yes please. With sausage gravy (which I understand is not really an authentic southern dish, but who cares)? Yes please.
