they always play games with before and after photos (zoom, post lift puff). How accurate is the Frazier photo? Does the team truly look that much beefier?

I’m a huge fan of beef at the LoS. Many big athletic guys are somehow able to maintain quickness as they gain (with limits of course). And a weight advantage gets heavy on opponents.

  - I'd guess the photo was post-lift, but Frazier is noticeably bigger and stronger. Some guys are actually leaner (Palepale), some guys are huge (Etta). But the team looks bigger in the trenches, they just do.* - By gbmcq August 14, 2026 at 12:34:59 PM
