Believing 2 states for 2 peoples is the only realistic solution, harshly critical of Bibi and the right-wing government as a barrier to that, is not anti-semitic. (The debate would then be about Palestinian resistance to it as well. Blaming Bibi but not Palestinians for the lack of a Palestinian state may be naive - I'd say grossly ignorant - but not anti-Semitic.)

Endorsing an Arab Palestine from the river to the sea, denying only a Jewish right to self-determination nearly 80 years after the establishment of a Jewish state, may or may not be intended as anti-Semitic, but inevitably has exactly the same effect, and is seen that way by a vast majority of world Jewry.
