I don’t think anyone would call Dampier an elite QB. And I don’t know about Utah’s RBs last year, but I’m confident they weren’t better than Marshall and Hiter.

And yet, their O last year was super productive. They had some really good OL. Well, I’m pretty sure UM has some really good OLs.

If Bryce just improves incrementally, the offense should be very good. If he’s “elite,” then it will be a juggernaut.
