He said he is annoyed that Saint Thomas gets such soft media coverage, and that the legend that he always overachieves the talent on his roster is unsupported by the numbers. Norlander, who I like, was flummoxed. It’s weird how much access and a well time slap on the back can affect even the best journalist subconsciously. KenPom puts numbers into Excel for a living so he is unaffected by Saint Thomas’ whole dumb persona. Refreshing.
