When I access the site on mobile (Chrome or Brave), there does not appear to be an option to add a link to my homepage for some reason. Instead, I can add the web app. The web app doesn't appear to have any menu functionality at all. Personally speaking, I like to be able to search in page when I'm following a specific thread. That doesn't appear possible. I can open a browser and go to the URL separately and it's fine, FWIW. I can also make the homepage work on the weird Samsung browser.
With this in mind, I'm wondering if there are benefits to the "app" that wants to be the default experience on a phone.
