Seinfeld-ian (or perhaps Monty Python-ian) experience at the bar last night

My wife and I go to Club Canton bar regularly because of the live music, but it is the most incompetently managed establishment imaginable. We made the mistake of going there for dinner last night before the band started and here is what transpired:
Me: "We'd like two turkey club sandwiches"
Waitress: "Coming right up'"
waitress takes order to kitchen and returns
Waitress: "I'm sorry, we are all out turkey. Can I get you something else?"
Me: "A chicken Caesar wrap and a Buffalo chicken wrap".
Waitress: "I'm not sure if we have any chicken but will check"
waitress takes order to kitchen and returns
Waitress: "We've got chicken but are all out of wraps. What else can I get you?"
Me: "Can we get two burgers?"
Waitress: "I'm sure that we have burgers"
waitress takes order to kitchen and returns
Waitress: "I'm sorry, the kitchen is closed for the evening"
