I have two great coffees in my rotation right now…

A five-year aged Sumatra which is just amazing. Everything ppl like about Sumatra (earthy, woody, complex, rich) is up a couple notches, yet it is incredibly smooth as well.

A dry-processed Burundi. Dry-processed African beans (the more traditional way) have the typical fruit-berry flavors, but also more complex, rich flavors and lower acidity compared to modern wet processing.
