New Birmingham Apartments Going From $8,950 to $14,950 A Month

Birmingham is testing the ceiling for rental apartments.
Kirk Pinho of Crain's Detroit Business reports that the new building at 370 Brown, which also includes commercial rentals, has 22 apartments priced between $8,950 and $14,950 a month, which comes to $107,400 to $179,400 a year.
Ron Boji, the project’s developer and part owner, and others involved with the project are confident the amenities, which include Miele appliances, hardwood floors, custom closets, concierge service and massive fourth-floor terraces ranging from 400 to 700 square feet, among other features, will attract tenants.
The building will also include an anchor tenant, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. wealth management office.
