I have three people I consider my best sources on this. One is REALLY good, about as good as it gets, one is former player who observes practices, one is someone who gets second hand information from a player.

They all agree with what Whitt said basically. He has taken huge strides in mechanics, knowledge of the offense, body language, and leadership. Dude is absolutely spinning the ball. WRs are making plays, and his confidence is rising with that as well.

Keeping him clean and getting him out of the pocket with some easy throws from time to time will be key.
