I've been trying to get 40k miles (so like a $700 free flight) from an old hawaiian account transferred to their new Alaska air program for like 6 months. A few calls, many chat bots. Today, a very helpful indian man figured it out. My account number was glitched.

Ty call center bro for ending my nightmare and getting me that free flight.
