Great post. 4 and 5 are what I'm getting at. There are obviously fakers and it's totally understandable to be annoyed by the problem in general. And I think that was bba's OP. I'm just saying that when it comes to a particular person in a scooter, you don't know shit about their story...

I've met tons of people in chronic pain who were normal, fit, even athletic, before getting fucked up, and are fat now or otherwise messed up and don't wear a neon flashing sign noting their disability. People in pain are often reluctant to get handicap parking stickers for fear of judgemental dickheads like suede.

Like I said, I'd rather be wrong about a thousand lazy, pathetic fakers, whatever you want to call them, then be the asshole walking around who just "knows" that this guy over here just needs to apply himself!
