ajs, Thursday morning at 0800, we solve all boundary issues

Me, the neighbor, the surveyor, the fence guy, neighbor's construction guy. I'm walking away from this with 1) a resolution 2) that doesn't involve me paying more money. Beyond that, I don't care.

What will actually happen is this will end several months later with me paying $2500 to move my fence 3 inches.
