A few quick thoughts

Earls is a high 4 in Rivals but I think some had him as a 5.
I know there aren't other 5s besides Meadows, but we do have a few high 4s: Zeke Berry, Etta, Hill, Edokpayi, Edmond, Young, Boateng-Owusu and freshmen Davis and Vincent.
Rod Moore, Curtis, Oden, Stewart, Moten are also lower 4s not counting freshmen.
When you add in Daley, Snowden, Straehling, Bracy, it seems like there is quite a bit of talent on D.
As for the LB issue vs running offenses, Curtis is a big safety at 6-4, 215. I wonder if he gets more reps in those situations as opposed to Moore or Bracy.
