It’s Brewers-centric although a couple episodes dig into the Braves’ financials, since they’re public now. I love the fact that these guys understand how stupid the proposal to limit or ban deferred $$ is. That has no effect on the luxury tax! It’s a way to minimize state & local tax liability for players and allows cash poor owners the opportunity to extend big name players like Witt & Ramirez. The fact that the owners proposed banning it in their initial CBA proposal shows that they’re playing to the loudest/dumbest fans.
