The top of my convertible won't go down. It makes a motor noise when you push the button, and the windows start rolling down, but nothing else happens. Also the trunk will no longer pop open from hitting the fob, you have to open it manually....

- Yes check the trunk near thr wheel wells. It's likely hidden behing the trunk molding. There should be a valve near the motor. Turn that and it will allow you to raise and lower the top by hand. What car is this specifically?* - By VAWolverine August 24, 2026 at 04:15:26 PM
