About the first doc. The issue with second document is even if you just sign it for that address if there’s no commission being paid by the seller, and you buy the unit, you’re on the hook to pay the agent 3% on the buyer side. So if you want to see the condo, you either sign with him for that one property, but ask him before you sign if he’s inquired of the seller if the sellers paying the 3%. Your other option is to find a different agent to show you the same unit. You can send me the documents if you want to. I’ll take a look at them for you -my fee for that is 4%. J/k on the 4.
