It only went up to 140F versus 180F for a real sauna. That made a big difference. I felt warm after, sweated plenty, but it didn’t give me that deep bone warmth of a 180F sauna. I was surprised my wife didn’t use it more. The whole ordeal of getting ready and then having to shower up after wasn’t worth the effort. It also took up some of ‘her room’ space, which is why we sold.

We have an outdoor wood burner at out cabin. Strongly recommend. Great health choice, good for sleep, and doeslend itself towards boozing

I purchased an infrared sauna to put in my workout room during covid. I enjoy it and it's perfect for what I had to work with.
