I also bought an indoor IR one, just a few months ago.

I remember plugs advice to me at the time, which was basically “you won’t use it as often as you think so don’t spend too much”.

It’s summer so I don’t always feel like sweating if I’ve been outdoors, it I love it after workouts when I need to shower anyway.

I got a “full spectrum” model which has a pair of near-IR heaters, and I think that helps it heat up a little faster and hotter than the models with far-IR only.

But I love being in it, just turning on some music and melting away. I’m sure I’ll never feel like I’m using it as much as I want, but at least I’m past the point where I am counting how many times I’ve used it.
