Harbaugh fired his recruiting coordinator (Dudek) for botching the Xavier Worthy recruiting, among others, and it was said that Dudek is the one who kept and gave the NCAA the receipts for the burgers. Who knows what Dudek told them, but the NCAA sure seemed convinced that there was far more to the burgergate than just one player and his dad who got a burger for breakfast and another player given an athletic department tour during Covid.
