Right. These are the guys we always thought should be allowed to come back (ie guys like Sean Higgins or Che Foster who left and then got drafted in later rounds or undrafted)

It would be different if JJ McCarthy wanted to come back and finish his last year after playing on an NFL team for 2-3 years.
