Plug, I got one of those massage guns. I know you use one - do I just let er rip on whatever feels good (shut it cp), or is there a way I could make things even worse?

The user manual says to use it for a few minutes at a time but that seems like maybe for amateurs, and I'm a seasoned professional. But you always know about stuff like this.
