Great for my calves but a few warnings

1. I initially used it on the bottom of my feet. Felt great and seemed to make things better. Think I flared a nerve though and my left toe fired off in pain. Stopped that and it subsided over time. Not entirely sure if the massage fun was the cause or other stuff. I spent the summer doing all the wrong things, like walking around barefoot in our newly carpet free house.
2. Massaging my calves clearly helps. Immediate relief that lasts the night. The inside of my calf is too sensitive. General rule, stop if it hurts. The rest of my calf down to my Achilles takes the treatment well. I skip the sensitive part.
3. It has also helped with my neck. I donβt go near my C5 though. I use it one the shoulder muscles only. Try to stay away from nerves.
All told, I use it 5 times a week and my heel pain is way less. Initially it went completely away but that didnβt last. I posted that, hope you read it before getting too excited ( took about three weeks to come back).
