I'm hit with another Paul-like sense of time distortion here

My freshman year was 1991, and also when I first became aware of Michigan football (I wasn't much of a sports fan in high school). So my memories are rooted there. Looking at that picture from 1978, my immediate thought was "not that long ago".

It's been 48 years! 48 years before 1991 is 1943, the middle of WW2. Good lord.
