INCORRECT CALLS that were not appealed or bemoaned (that much) by the media and allowed to stand:

1) Colorado 5th down TD (Colorado won MNC as a result)
2) Nebraska illegally kicked TD, that the player admitted doing illegally (Nebraska won a share of the MNC as a result, as the result of the Frost/Osborne national media campaign)
3) Spartan Bob added 2 seconds; time added by an MSU employee and led to rule change!!!
4) Desmond trip in end zone (call ignored by back judge who was AAU coach of the MSU DB)
5) Lantry's 1974 FG at OSU called no good when it was good. OSU played in Rose Bowl for national title as a result (lost by 1)
6) JT Barrett--OSU made 4 team playoff
7) CMU incorrectly got untimed down against Ok State and won


These were all incorrect results and allowed to stand without much fanfare. 4 teams had shots at national titles anyway, and 2 won!!!!

CORRECT CALLS that were appealed:
1) WMU vs Michigan


Think about the 1997 Nebraska result. Michigan has huge lead in the polls and wins the Rose Bowl Nebraska, who already has an admitted tainted win, goes on TV shamelessly to petition for a sympathy MNC and the coaches comply!
