It was off by one second at 35/36 of the same damn game.

It was off by one second in the Washington/WSU game.

It is regularly off by a second. The only tricky part is understanding why their scoreboard video shown in the bottom corner window is also off by one second. The simple answer is that clock and their graphic clock are perfectly synced. What is off is the lacing of the actual scoreboard clock with both. I don’t know the technical reasons why, but it’s apparently a common thing.
