which was a significant cause of the increase in offensive production. Yes, Mile High and Coors played a role too, but the AL ERA & FIP went from 3.94 in 1992 to 4.32 in 1993 (AL ERA jumped again to 4.80 in 1994). That’s pre-InterLeague play, so Mile High played no role.
